An empty home keeps living while you’re gone — pipes freeze, storms blow through, a small drip runs for weeks. The difference between a minor fix and a five-figure disaster is usually just one thing: whether anyone was checking.
There’s a practical reason too: many homeowner’s insurance policies limit coverage when a home sits unoccupied for an extended stretch, and some expect documented regular checks. A standing home watch schedule — with a photo report after every visit — is peace of mind for you and a paper trail for them.
We’re local, licensed and insured, and already in your neighborhood. If something’s wrong, you’ll know the same day — with photos — and we can usually fix it on the spot.
The Plan
One simple plan: $99/month
A weekly walk-through, inside and out
Every visit follows a written checklist and ends with photos and documentation sent straight to you. Each walk-through includes — but isn’t limited to:
• Running all faucets to prevent sediment buildup, and flushing every toilet
• Checking the fridge and freezer for power outages or food spoilage
• Checking ceilings for leaks and the whole house for pests
• Bringing in mail and packages, and more
• A full exterior walk-around for storm damage and anything amiss
If we find an emergency, you get a call right away — and we stay onsite for the emergency repairs. Small issues we spot along the way, we simply take care of.
